System Process Review

System Process Review

The System Process Review is a critical component of the success of any software implementation. Unlike the needs assessment that provides a high-level review of your business requirements, our formal System Process Review will dive deeper into your specific detailed business requirements

This process requires a comprehensive review and detailed documentation of the current business process, data flow and reporting currently employed within your organization. This process can be performed internally by your staff or very often our clients will engage our experts to perform this crucial step along the path of choosing an ERP application. Either way it is an excellent opportunity to involve potential users of the new system in the change process.

Change is always challenging, but when individuals are provided opportunity to contribute early in the process, we see smoother transitions and more effective implementations where users embrace the new tools rather than resist them.

When Sabre Solutions performs the System Process Review (SPR) we conduct on-site interviews with staff, managers and executives. We document the business process workflow and identify potential future requirements. This investigative phase is an intensive process that requires participation of the entire project team, as well as other individuals that we determine are important to the initiative. Following the on-site phase, we prepare an SPR report that summarizes the investigation and outlines the requirements to be considered when evaluating ERP software solutions. The System Process Review report has been a critical part of our success in aligning the right business solutions to match the client’s needs.
