Implementation. Sabre Solutions excels in planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion the project goals and objectives. The implementation is comprised of five phases.
Planning. The planning process provides the framework for a successful implementation. During this stage we identify the team members, specific tasks, timeline and resources.
Data Conversion. Our expertise and many years of experience working with a variety of platforms, software, and databases has allowed us to develop strong skills in converting data from various platforms to your new system. We can’t stress enough how important it is to have your data clean and ready before importing over into the new platform. Our fully trained consultants are able to make this smooth transition
Training. Sabre Solutions has a team of consultants who truly enjoy working with end-users to bring clarity with the new system. Our method of training is extremely flexible because we acknowledge the fact that each member of your team will learn the new system in a different manner. We work with your team to come up with new and improved processes, and pride ourselves in making it easier for companies to operate.
Pilot Testing. With any successful implementation, there is a critical step that must be taken prior to “flipping the switch” to the new system. In an effort to prepare all users for the final go-live, our team will have a pilot system in place for reviewing new procedures and testing automation. This pilot testing is done by taking samples of everyday business transactions and utilizing the new system to process them. This step allows us to verify that all areas of the new system are working properly.
Go Live Date. “Go Live” is the term used to describe the date that you will abandon your current system and will be operating entirely on your new platform. We understand that this can and will be a very stressful time for every company. We will never just “hand you the keys” and leave you to your own devices. We will be right there next to you in the passenger’s seat, making sure that all of your issues, concerns, and questions are resolved.
