Our Process

At Sabre Solutions we are committed to identifying successful practices and repeating them! We are also committed to setting expectations. Below we have outlined our engagement process that produces successful implementations.

 

Initial Office Meeting. This process starts with one basic principle: “Understanding the client’s objective”. Taking into account your resources, strengths, challenges, and capabilities we provide solutions that accommodate your budget, operational framework, and organizational environment while exceeding your expectations. As you investigate and evaluate our abilities, we will do the same. We’re looking for a good match, because we seek to build long-term relationships.

The System Process Review. We highly recommend that each client have a System Process Review performed prior to any solution development. This is a separate, paid engagement that allows us to fully document your current system, methodology and processes. The purpose of this report is to identify the areas of operation that will be impacted by the implementation of new software systems for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), in order to achieve best practices.

During this phase, we will conduct on-site interviews with various individuals and groups, depending on the information gathered during the discovery process. This investigative phase is an intensive process that requires participation of the entire project team, as well as other individuals that we determine are important to the initiative. Prior to the on-site visit, we will develop a schedule for the interviews. This on-site phase requires one consultant and typically requires two half-days to complete, depending on the structure of your organization.

Following the on-site phase, we will start the development of a System Process Review Document for your initiative. We will compile and review information we have gathered and look for areas that need clarification or further development. We may need access to various project team members by phone to gain this additional information. Once completed, we will schedule a review date to review with your project team and discuss the findings.

The System Process Review document has been a critical part of our success in aligning the right business solutions to match the client’s needs.

Solution Development. Unlike other firms that may require their customers to conform to inflexible, “one-size-fits-all” business models and push out-of-the-box software, Sabre Solutions recognizes that every customer is unique. The added value we bring is in customizing solutions that meet each customer’s specific needs. The information gathered during the Initial Office Meeting and the optional System Process Review is used by our team of system engineers, sales professionals and senior consultants to develop a complete, customized solution for your business.

Solution Presentation. Only when we completely understand your business objectives, operations, and long-term goals, and have developed a solution that meets your needs, will we present our complete solution. It is at this point we discuss price and financing options that will allow you to take this important step in taking your business to the next level.

Demonstration. Once you have been presented with our solution we will schedule a product demonstration. This is an executive-level overview of the product(s) and how it meets your business requirements. Essentially, showing you how it will look, feel and operate.

Implementation. Sabre Solutions excels in planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion the project goals and objectives. The implementation is comprised of five phases.

Planning. The planning process provides the framework for a successful implementation. During this stage we identify the team members, specific tasks, timeline and resources.

Data Conversion. Our expertise and many years of experience working with a variety of platforms, software, and databases has allowed us to develop strong skills in converting data from various platforms to your new system. We can’t stress enough how important it is to have your data clean and ready before importing over into the new platform. Our fully trained consultants are able to make this smooth transition

Training. Sabre Solutions has a team of consultants who truly enjoy working with end-users to bring clarity with the new system. Our method of training is extremely flexible because we acknowledge the fact that each member of your team will learn the new system in a different manner. We work with your team to come up with new and improved processes, and pride ourselves in making it easier for companies to operate.

Pilot Testing. With any successful implementation, there is a critical step that must be taken prior to “flipping the switch” to the new system. In an effort to prepare all users for the final go-live, our team will have a pilot system in place for reviewing new procedures and testing automation. This pilot testing is done by taking samples of everyday business transactions and utilizing the new system to process them. This step allows us to verify that all areas of the new system are working properly.

Go Live Date. “Go Live” is the term used to describe the date that you will abandon your current system and will be operating entirely on your new platform. We understand that this can and will be a very stressful time for every company. We will never just “hand you the keys” and leave you to your own devices. We will be right there next to you in the passenger’s seat, making sure that all of your issues, concerns, and questions are resolved.

On Going Support. Most companies only provide support for trouble-shooting. We deliver an unmatched level of support by servicing our customers’ needs throughout our relationship.
